Visit to national zoological park

The National Zoological Park is one such place in Delhi which from the year 1950 has been giving tourists a fun-filled adventure through the wild. Over 1300 animals and birds from travel destinations like Africa, the United States, and Australia are sheltered here. The zoo is counted among the list of largest and most well maintained zoological parks around Asia. From the very entrance of the zoo, one can spot a lake where ducks and storks are seen enjoying each-others company. Wildlife lovers are in for a surprise as animals that they can spot here range from Blackbuck, Rhinoceros, Giraffe, White Tiger, Chimpanzees, Jaguar, Gir Lion to name a few.

Why to visit this place?

I would like to recommend everyone to visit this place because national zoological park  serves as the perfect place to spend some free time and to enjoy a boat ride. Winters is considered the most ideal time to pay a visit here as the weather stays in favour of tourists as they can easily explore every part of the park.

It's worth visiting at this park. There are a variety of animals, reptiles and birds. Rs 80 is fee for adults and tickets can be booked from its official website only. I suggest to visit here in the morning if you want to see the animals active and walking. Great for families and children.

Is Delhi zoo safe to visit?

The price of the ticket is very less and the place is easily accessible by Delhi metro. Safety is also maintained by barricades around the animals. Some animals are in the cage while some are kept away from humans by large walls. You also have to go through a safety check before entering the zoo.

My review on national zoological park (delhi)
The zoo was completely clean and well maintained.
I saw animals like Tiger, Lion, jackals, crocodiles, cheetah, deer, elephants, various types of birds and many more. I went in a cool weather which made the place look more attractive.
